What creators ask us
Will I actually get paid?
A brand’s budget is paid to Palflip before their campaign goes live — the money is already there when you post. You withdraw when you want to. If a payout fails at the bank, the amount goes straight back into your available balance and no fee is charged.
Do I need a lot of followers?
No. There’s no follower minimum and nothing to apply for. Some individual campaigns ask a brand to approve you first, and they say so upfront.
How do you count my views?
Connect the account you posted from, then we verify the clip is yours and refresh eligible YouTube, TikTok and Instagram views automatically.
Why do you need my ID?
South African law requires us to know who we’re sending money to before we can pay out. We use it to check the bank account is in your name. It’s stored under POPIA and never shown to brands.
What if my clip is rejected?
You get the reason in writing and you can appeal it. A rejected clip earns nothing on that campaign, and it doesn’t block you from any other one.
