The whole mechanism, both sides.

Money goes in at the top, gets counted in the middle, and comes out the bottom. Here's each step.

A brand funds a budget

Brand

The brand pays by card through Paystack before the campaign goes live. That money is the ceiling — Palflip cannot spend past it, and creators can see how much is left.

Palflip activates the campaign

Palflip

The campaign goes live once it’s funded and ready, appearing in the creator feed with its rate and rules.

Creators post and submit

Creator

A creator cuts their own clip, posts it on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube, and pastes the link into Palflip. Nothing counts until it is submitted.

A person reviews every clip

Brand

The brand approves or declines. A declined clip earns nothing and the creator gets the reason in writing, with an appeal.

Views get verified

Palflip

YouTube views update automatically. TikTok and Instagram views are verified within 2 business days.

Money moves

Both

Verified views become creator earnings, capped by the brief’s per-creator limit. The 10% platform fee is drawn from the brand’s budget as each creator is paid. Creators withdraw straight to a South African bank account.
